Privacy policy

This policy explains what Rostrum collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your name, email, month and year of birth, and optionally gender and region. When you record, we store your audio, its transcript, delivery measurements and your coaching report.

How recordings are processed

Audio is transcribed and measured on our own servers. To write your report, the transcript and measurements are sent to a large-language-model provider. Before your first recording, we show you which provider and processing region are in use.

How long we keep it

Audio is deleted 90 days after recording unless you choose a shorter period. Transcripts and reports stay until you delete them. Deleting a recording removes its audio from storage.

Younger users

Users under 18 need consent from a guardian or their institution before recording. Their reports can never be shared by public link.

Sharing

Reports are private by default. You decide whether to share one with a squad or by link, and you can stop sharing at any time.
